Service Description

In this foundational class, we'll focus on core, coordination, legs, glutes and arms (YES, a full body workout!)---all while concentrating on keeping up your hoop. Build muscle, burn calories, and feel more confident as you build up your skill. Heads up...the hoop will drop, a lot! That's okay! The most important thing is that you have fun and leave feeling challenged. With practice, the hoop becomes a magnet to your body. Guaranteed to tell a friend!
